Fat: 104.94g | Prot: 82.35g | Carb: 123.88g.   Breakfast:  Carnation Instant Brkfst Rich Milk Choc No sugar added Packet, Dunkin' Donuts Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets (8 Count), Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A Sauce. Dinner:  IHOP Garden Stuffed Crepes. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
