Fat: 49.15g | Prot: 63.27g | Carb: 124.92g.   Breakfast:  Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Sugar, Apples. Lunch:  Turkey Light Meat, Hometown Buffet Cornbread Dressing, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Rice Pilaf. Dinner:  Lettuce, Goose's Classic Polish Kielbasa Natural Hickory Smoked Sausage, Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar, Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites. Snacks/Other:  Barbecue Flavor Pork Skins, 3 Musketeers 3 Musketeers (Fun Size).
