Fat: 49.15g | Prot: 63.27g | Carb: 124.92g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Sugar. Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Hometown Buffet Cornbread Dressing, Rice Pilaf, Turkey Light Meat. Dinner:  Albertsons Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Goose's Classic Polish Kielbasa Natural Hickory Smoked Sausage, Lettuce, Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  3 Musketeers 3 Musketeers (Fun Size), Barbecue Flavor Pork Skins.
