Fat: 72.26g | Prot: 73.39g | Carb: 148.75g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Pig in A Blanket (Frankfurter or Hot Dog Wrapped in Dough). Lunch:  Jehling Pork Egg Rolls. Dinner:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Lima Beans, Great Value Hamburger Buns, Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla), Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat).
