Dinner:  Beef Steak, Cooked Collards, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Icee Blue Raspberry, Kellogg's Frosted Flakes.
