Fat: 41.16g | Prot: 70.72g | Carb: 125.56g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's Special K Protein Shake - Dark Chocolate. Lunch:  Chili No Beans Entree (Canned), Nature's Own Hot Dog Bun, Omaha Steaks Gourmet Franks, Ore-Ida Shoestrings French Fried Potatoes. Dinner:  Shrimp Teriyaki (Shrimp with Soy-Based Sauce) (Mixture). Snacks/Other:  Apples, Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine).
