Fat: 49.33g | Prot: 57.42g | Carb: 148.10g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, hebrew national, hormel turkey chili. Lunch:  cantaloupe, deli turkey, goldfish bread, string cheese weight watchers. Dinner:  hot wings, krystal fries. Snacks/Other:  Cookie, Sweet Tea (16 oz).
