Fat: 55.06g | Prot: 75.83g | Carb: 193.86g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, milk skim, tennessee pride turkey sausage biscuit. Lunch:  goldfish bread, grape jelly, peanut butter. Dinner:  Chicken Bella, cupcake red velvet, Sweet Tea. Snacks/Other:  popcorn.
