Fat: 70.77g | Prot: 84.44g | Carb: 103.11g.   Breakfast:  Bell Peppers, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Onions, Ranch Dressing, Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Lunch:  Onions, Rolo, Spinach Tortellini, Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Deluxe Steamers Spring Vegetables with Asparagus and Ground Peppercorn Seasoning, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Half Baked Low Fat Frozen Yogurt.
