Fat: 71.72g | Prot: 90.61g | Carb: 197.94g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Dannon Blueberry Yogurt, milk, Raisin Nut Bran Cereal. Lunch:  kroger lightly salted peanuts, kroger smoked ham, Sargento Baby Swiss cheese. Dinner:  beef stew, bread, yuengling beer. Snacks/Other:  Kroger Cheese Peanut Butter Crackers, milk.
