Fat: 71.72g | Prot: 90.61g | Carb: 197.94g.   Breakfast:  Dannon Blueberry Yogurt, Blueberries, milk, Raisin Nut Bran Cereal. Lunch:  Sargento Baby Swiss cheese, kroger smoked ham, kroger lightly salted peanuts. Dinner:  beef stew, yuengling beer, bread. Snacks/Other:  Kroger Cheese Peanut Butter Crackers, milk.
