Fat: 62.15g | Prot: 74.59g | Carb: 257.45g.   Breakfast:  White Bread (Home Recipe or Bakery), Margarine (Vegetable Oil, 20% Fat), Ocean Spray Light Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Valu Time Non-Dairy Creamer, Jelly (All Flavors). Lunch:  Swedish Meatballs Meal, Diet Coke (Can). Dinner:  Fried Pork Steak or Cutlet, Cooked Sauerkraut, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Boxed Mix with Cheese Sauce), Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other:  Great Value Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Quaker Rice Cakes - White Cheddar, Wegmans Baby-cut California Carrots, Granny Smith Apples, Ocean Spray Light Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, Quaker Quakes Rice Snacks - Caramel Corn.
