Fat: 51.89g | Prot: 57.35g | Carb: 195.00g.   Breakfast:  Country Crock Shedd's Spread Light Vegetable Oil, Margarine, Ocean Spray Light Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Wheat Mini Bagels. Lunch:  Coca-Cola Diet Coke (Can), Peanut Butter, Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup, Saltine Crackers. Dinner:  Margarine (Vegetable Oil, 20% Fat), Seasoned Turkey Burger, Sweet Potato, Unsweetened Iced Tea or Hot Tea. Snacks/Other:  America's Choice Caramel Corn Rice Crisps, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Del Monte Mandarin Orange in Light Syrup, Kroger Non-Dairy Creamer, Strawberries with Sugar.
