Fat: 80.06g | Prot: 71.51g | Carb: 228.73g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee brewed, Non-Dairy Creamer, orange juice. Lunch:  bruss, diet coke, macaroni cheese, pork ribs. Dinner:  cole slaw, corn tortilla, diet coke, hamburger. Snacks/Other:  cheez-it original, coffee brewed , del monte peach chunks, Non Dairy Creamer, raspberry lowfat yogurt.
