Fat: 80.06g | Prot: 71.51g | Carb: 228.73g.   Breakfast:  banana, orange juice, coffee brewed, Non-Dairy Creamer. Lunch:  bruss, pork ribs, macaroni cheese, diet coke. Dinner:  hamburger, corn tortilla, diet coke, cole slaw. Snacks/Other:  raspberry lowfat yogurt, coffee brewed , Non Dairy Creamer, del monte peach chunks, cheez-it original.
