Fat: 128.18g | Prot: 132.73g | Carb: 234.05g.   Breakfast:  Sausage McMuffin with Egg. Lunch:  grilled chicken breast, monterey jack cheese, black olives, Bacon, Croutons, balsamic vinagrette, iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, breadsticks. Dinner:  Plain Bagel, 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Snacks/Other:  Dots: Crows, Bottle Caps, Medium Cheddar Cheese.
