Lunch:  Cooked Spinach (Fat Added in Cooking), Mixed Salad Greens, Red Beans & Rice, Roti, Slim Dahi. Dinner:  Aaloo Muttar, Green Lentils, jaggery, Mixed Salad Greens, Roti. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Dried Fig, Marie Gold Biscuits, Masala Munch, Masala Munch, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Tea with Milk and Sugar.
