Lunch:  Red Beans & Rice, Mixed Salad Greens, Slim Dahi, Cooked Spinach (Fat Added in Cooking), Roti. Dinner:  Aaloo Muttar, jaggery, Mixed Salad Greens, Roti, Green Lentils. Snacks/Other:  Marie Gold Biscuits, Almonds, Dried Fig, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Masala Munch, Masala Munch.
