Lunch: Black Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Dry Chickpeas, Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled), mixed greens, mushrooms, olive oil, quinoa, spinach, White Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner: Chipotle Pepper Hummus, kettle chips, sprouts, turkey, whole wheat bread. Snacks/Other: carrot cake, Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting).
