Lunch:  Plain Dumpling, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Egg, Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned), Almonds, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Buffalo Meat. Dinner:  Miso Udon Soup, California Roll, Salmon, Clams, Beef, Egg, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Brownie, Turkey Breast (97% Fat Free, Lemon Pepper Flavor, Smoked).
