Lunch:  Almonds, Buffalo Meat, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Egg, Plain Dumpling, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned). Dinner:  Beef, California Roll, Clams, Egg, Miso Udon Soup, Onions, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Brownie, Turkey Breast (97% Fat Free, Lemon Pepper Flavor, Smoked).
