Lunch:  Agave Nectar, Baked Whole Wheat Crackers, Chipotle Black Beans, Chipotle Brown Rice, Chipotle Cheese, Chipotle Fajita Vegetables, Chipotle Guacamole, Chunk Light Tuna. Dinner:  Cottage Cheese, Egg, Green Olives, Rye Bread. Snacks/Other:  Lightly Salted Mixed Nuts, Seven Grain Bread, Sheep's Cheese.
