Fat: 67.38g | Prot: 254.34g | Carb: 305.56g.   Breakfast:  Hot Cereal Multi Grain, protein zyme, NanOmega3, Nanogreens, fiber mix, Joint Juice. Lunch:  wheaties, banana, lactaid 2% milk, My Chicken/Low Fat Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Vegetable Soup (Low Sodium, with Water), roast beef sandwhich. Snacks/Other:  Golden Oreo, strawberries, Roast Beef, High Protein Shake - Homemade Vanilla, High Protein Shake - Homemade Vanilla, Lemon Cream Pie.
