Fat: 129.01g | Prot: 281.81g | Carb: 305.01g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, fiber mix, Hot Cereal Multi Grain, Joint Juice, Nanogreens, NanOmega3, protein zyme, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz). Lunch:  Blueberries, Cookies & Cream Shake, Hot Cereal Multi Grain, My Chicken/Low Fat Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Steak, Butter, Chili with Beans, Lemon Meringue Pie, Premium Beef Hot Dog, Thin Crust Pizza with Meat. Snacks/Other:  Lemon Cream Pie, My Chicken/Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Strawberry Juice.
