Fat: 26.41g | Prot: 81.51g | Carb: 221.20g.   Breakfast: banana, cashew apple pulp, cottage cheese, danelion tea, eggplant pate , honey, milk, olive oil, tea, wholemeal bread, yogurt. Lunch: brocolli, lettuce, mushrooms, olive oil, soya granules, tomatoe puree, whole wheat spaghetti. Dinner: lemon poppy seed muffin, pumpkin soup, turkey sausage, wholemeal bread. Snacks/Other: camomile tea, herb tea, orange juice, red berry juice.
