Fat: 27.75g | Prot: 136.30g | Carb: 129.74g.   Breakfast:  blackberries, blueberries, eggs, greek lucerne, raspberries, strawberries. Lunch:  cherry tomatoes, lean pork chop. Dinner:  chicken breast, cocktail sauce, safeway veg, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  skinny vanilla spice latte Venti Starbucks, white chocolate cookie.
