Fat: 45.26g | Prot: 95.35g | Carb: 160.99g.   Breakfast:  carnation instant breakfast, Iced Brewed Coffee (Venti), silk vanilla almond milk unsweetened. Lunch:  breaded chicken breast , mozzarella cheese, spinach, ziti cooked. Dinner:  mexican turkey burger biggest loser, mixed greens, pinot noir, simply dressed . Snacks/Other:  apple, frigo string cheese, low fat cottage cheese with chives', red pepper hummus, saltines, thomas english muffin, wasa crackers.
