Fat: 45.26g | Prot: 95.35g | Carb: 160.99g.   Breakfast:  carnation instant breakfast, silk vanilla almond milk unsweetened, Iced Brewed Coffee (Venti). Lunch:  breaded chicken breast , spinach, mozzarella cheese, ziti cooked. Dinner:  mexican turkey burger biggest loser, mixed greens, simply dressed , pinot noir. Snacks/Other:  wasa crackers, low fat cottage cheese with chives', frigo string cheese, apple, saltines, red pepper hummus, thomas english muffin.
