Lunch:  body fortress whey isolate, strawberries, blackberries, shredded lettuce, kraft blue cheese, apple, broccoli, cauliflower. Dinner:  premier chocolate shake. Snacks/Other:  pear, body fortress whey isolate, cashews, sunflower nuts.
