Dinner:  body fortress whey isolate, chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  body fortress whey isolate, coffee, coke zero, espresso, good sense sunflower nuts, half and half, hazelnut sugar free syrup, Macadamias, premier portein shake, rockstar xdurance.
