Fat: 69.55g | Prot: 239.67g | Carb: 51.20g.   Breakfast:  hardboiled eggs, kirkland vitarain, Strawberries N' Creme Protein Shake (14 oz). Lunch:  blueberries, cashews, diet coke, Flank Steak with Spinach, Peppers, and Feta Cheese, greek gods non-fat plain greek yogurt. Dinner:  chicken breast, flank steak , michelob ultra. Snacks/Other:  body fortress whey isolate, red wine.
