Fat: 117.85g | Prot: 89.88g | Carb: 200.49g.   Breakfast: Almond Butter Raw Crunchy Unsalted , coffee, nonfat milk, oroweat protein bread. Lunch: albacore tuna, baby lettuce, bell peppers, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), red cabbage, shredded carrots, water crackers. Dinner: buffalo wing, chilie relleno, citron vodka, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other: apple, chocolate chunk cookie, chocolate covered almonds.
