Fat: 44.70g | Prot: 48.39g | Carb: 83.72g.   Breakfast: cherries, yougurt fat free yoplait. Lunch:  bean salad, doritos, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner: carrots, catfish, green beans. Snacks/Other: Habanero BBQ Almonds.
