Fat: 88.01g | Prot: 79.66g | Carb: 25.94g.   Lunch:  Sainsbury's streaky bacon rashers, Poached Egg, Smoked Pork Sausage. Dinner:  Sainsbury's gouda cheese slices, Meijer Honey Roasted Ham, Tomatoes, Sainsbury's Basics Salami Slices. Snacks/Other:  black coffee, double cream, half spoon, Cappuccino, silver spoon 'half spoon' granulated sugar, Tea with Milk.
