Fat: 88.01g | Prot: 79.66g | Carb: 25.94g.   Lunch:  Poached Egg, Sainsbury's streaky bacon rashers, Smoked Pork Sausage. Dinner:  Meijer Honey Roasted Ham, Sainsbury's Basics Salami Slices, Sainsbury's gouda cheese slices, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  black coffee, Cappuccino, double cream, half spoon, silver spoon 'half spoon' granulated sugar, Tea with Milk.
