Fat: 75.57g | Prot: 60.55g | Carb: 181.28g.   Lunch:  sausage roll. Dinner:  frozen mango, orange juice, mango juice, white wrap. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Tea with Milk and Sugar, mc donalds chicken selects, mc donalds fries.
