Lunch:  Chicken Meatballs, Mixed Salad Greens, Goats Cheese (Soft), Olive Oil. Dinner:  Chef Bruce Aidells Chicken & Apple Smoked Chicken Sausage, Split Pea Soup. Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Reese's Peanut Butter Egg, M&M's Peanut M&M's (Package).
