Fat: 37.33g | Prot: 66.83g | Carb: 119.62g.
Lunch: Barley, beef boullion, carrot, celery, coffee, corn, fat free half and half, ground beef, Milk (Nonfat, Dry), olive oil, onion, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), red wine, string bean, tomato. Dinner: jaipur vegetables, masala burger, trader joes garlic nann, trader joes just grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: honey, soy milk, Soy Protein Powder, Special K Red Berries Cereal.
