Fat: 79.07g | Prot: 112.65g | Carb: 142.48g.   Breakfast:  Coffee-Mate French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Coffee-Mate Original Liquid Coffee Creamer, Cream (Half & Half), Torani Hazelnut Syrup. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Mixed Salad Greens, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots, Champagne, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Fuze Iced Tea, Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky, Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies - Mint.
