Fat: 56.25g | Prot: 71.74g | Carb: 135.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, egg, flax seed, Meat Sauce, Peanut Butter - Smooth, Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Italian Salad Dressing, vi shape. Dinner:  Black Forest Ham, mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Rye Bread, Soft Granola Bars.
