Fat: 50.41g | Prot: 97.99g | Carb: 391.36g.   Breakfast:  Cantaloupe Melons, Mangos, Monterey Jack Cheese, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Mock Tender Steak, Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Cooked, Broiled), Kim Chee Style Cabbage, Sushi Rice. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Chick Peas, Goat Meat, Organic Jasmati Rice, Tandoori Naan, Yukon Gold Potatoes.
