Lunch:  brown rice, chobani plain, Full Circle Vegetarian Refried Beans, garden salad, ground turkey, McCormick taco seasoning, newman's own lime, onion, romaine, sargento reduced fat mexican, sargento reduced fat mozzarella, tostitos medium chunky salsa, tostitos scoops, weight watchers 100% whole wheat wraps, wellsley farms cheddar. Dinner:  Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Finlandia Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, Onions, Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns, Sauces 'n Love Pesto, Summer Squash (Crookneck and Straightneck), Tomatoes, World Catch Wild Alaskan Salmon Burgers.
