Fat: 48.67g | Prot: 114.24g | Carb: 144.53g.   Breakfast:  apple, chobani plain, Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, quaker old fashioned oats, walnuts. Lunch:  Baked Scallops, bella rosa asiago, brown rice, green beans. Dinner:  bella rosa parmesan, Broiled Parmesan Tilapia, brown rice, butter, green beans. Snacks/Other:  bella rosa asiago, chobani plain, croutons, diamond sliced almonds, garden salad, grapes, great value 1% cottage cheese, newman's own lite honey mustard, wellsley farms sunflower seeds.
