Fat: 48.08g | Prot: 119.75g | Carb: 144.99g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, Body Fortress vanilla protein isolate, skim milk, kellog's gluten free rice crispies, Blackberries, Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  garden salad, newman's own lite honey mustard, croutons, bella rosa asiago, broccoli, romaine, cains, wellsley farms sunflower seeds, onion, wellsley farms swiss, cains fat free mayo, 100% whole wheat hamburger bun pepperidge farm, starkist chunk lite tuna in water. Dinner:  Zucchini Bread, jimmy dean turkey links, sugar free blackberry preserves, philadelphia, Quick Quiche. Snacks/Other:  peach, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, pecans, garden salad, starkist chunk lite tuna in water, skim milk, body fortress protein isolate vanilla, butter, maple syrup.
