Fat: 48.08g | Prot: 119.75g | Carb: 144.99g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Body Fortress vanilla protein isolate, Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, kellog's gluten free rice crispies, skim milk, Sliced Almonds. Lunch:  100% whole wheat hamburger bun pepperidge farm, bella rosa asiago, broccoli, cains, cains fat free mayo, croutons, garden salad, newman's own lite honey mustard, onion, romaine, starkist chunk lite tuna in water, wellsley farms sunflower seeds, wellsley farms swiss. Dinner:  jimmy dean turkey links, philadelphia, Quick Quiche, sugar free blackberry preserves, Zucchini Bread. Snacks/Other:  body fortress protein isolate vanilla, butter, garden salad, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, maple syrup, peach, pecans, skim milk, starkist chunk lite tuna in water.
