Fat: 48.45g | Prot: 117.75g | Carb: 152.13g.   Breakfast:  egg, Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, jimmy dean turkey links, Raspberries, Sweet Potato Cake, Mrs. Butterworths sugar free. Lunch:  Swordfish, Butter (Salted), green beans, brown rice, stuffed mushrooms. Dinner:  green beans, garden salad, newman's own lite honey mustard, croutons, bella rosa asiago, brown rice, schwan's lemon pepper chicken. Snacks/Other:  Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Peach, skim milk, vanilla extract, Blackberries.
