Lunch: brown rice, Butter (Salted), green beans, stuffed mushrooms, Swordfish. Dinner: bella rosa asiago, brown rice, croutons, garden salad, green beans, newman's own lite honey mustard, schwan's lemon pepper chicken. Snacks/Other: Blackberries, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Peach, skim milk, vanilla extract.
