Fat: 48.45g | Prot: 117.75g | Carb: 152.13g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, egg, fat free land o lakes half and half, jimmy dean turkey links, Mrs. Butterworths sugar free, Raspberries, Sweet Potato Cake. Lunch:  brown rice, Butter (Salted), green beans, stuffed mushrooms, Swordfish. Dinner:  bella rosa asiago, brown rice, croutons, garden salad, green beans, newman's own lite honey mustard, schwan's lemon pepper chicken. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Peach, skim milk, vanilla extract.
