Fat: 44.37g | Prot: 121.42g | Carb: 142.94g.   Breakfast:  Banana Oat Wedges, Coffee, egg, fat free land o lakes half and half, jimmy dean turkey links, skippy naturally creamy. Lunch:  brown rice, chobani plain, diet lemon iced tea snapple, garden salad, ground turkey, McCormick taco seasoning, Old El Paso traditional refried beans, onion, reduced fat cabot cheddar, romaine, salsa, sargento reduced fat mexican, sargento reduced fat mozzarella, wrap-itz. Dinner:  bella rosa parmesan, brown rice, croutons, garden salad, Honey Mustard Chicken, hormel bacon bits, newman's own lite honey mustard, peas. Snacks/Other:  apple, chobani plain, garden salad, Low Fat 1% cottage cheese, sugar free lime jello.
