Fat: 44.37g | Prot: 121.42g | Carb: 142.94g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, jimmy dean turkey links, egg, skippy naturally creamy, Banana Oat Wedges. Lunch:  brown rice, romaine, garden salad, reduced fat cabot cheddar, onion, sargento reduced fat mozzarella, ground turkey, Old El Paso traditional refried beans, McCormick taco seasoning, sargento reduced fat mexican, chobani plain, wrap-itz, salsa, diet lemon iced tea snapple. Dinner:  peas, brown rice, garden salad, newman's own lite honey mustard, croutons, bella rosa parmesan, Honey Mustard Chicken, hormel bacon bits. Snacks/Other:  apple, chobani plain, Low Fat 1% cottage cheese, garden salad, sugar free lime jello.
