Fat: 78.54g | Prot: 101.24g | Carb: 157.42g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, skim milk, cascadian farms cinnamon crunch , apple, pecans. Lunch:  panera tomato soup, croutons, sargento reduced fat mozzarella, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, minced garlic. Dinner:  brown rice, green beans, garden salad, newman's own lite honey mustard, croutons, bella rosa parmesan, berkley and jensen tuna steak. Snacks/Other:  chobani plain, Blueberries, Low Fat 1% cottage cheese, walnuts, Light String Cheese, 97% Fat Free Cooked Ham, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee Creamer, jello lime sugar free, garden salad, lindt peanut butter truffle, macadamia, caramel popcorn, russel stover sugar free coconut, reddi-wip, planters cashews, wellsley farms sunflower seeds.
