Fat: 52.88g | Prot: 113.82g | Carb: 145.61g.   Breakfast:  egg, jimmy dean turkey links, Sweet Potato Pancakes, strawberries, I can't believe it's not butter light, bella rosa asiago, reddi-wip. Lunch:  Arnold 100% whole wheat 45 calorie, oscar mayer turkey, romaine, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, smithfield cooked ham, cabot reduced fat cheddar, cains fat free mayo, minced garlic, garden salad, newman's own lite honey mustard, croutons, bella rosa asiago, onion, mushrooms. Dinner:  DiLuigi , brown rice, bel, Salsa, Green String Beans, Regular Margarine Sticks. Snacks/Other:  banana, Skippy, daisy 2% cottage cheese, smithfield cooked ham, garden salad, Raspberries, Smooth & Dreamy No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream.
