Lunch:  Arnold 100% whole wheat 45 calorie, bella rosa asiago, cabot reduced fat cheddar, cains fat free mayo, croutons, garden salad, minced garlic, mushrooms, mushrooms, newman's own lite honey mustard, onion, onion, oscar mayer turkey, romaine, smithfield cooked ham, zucchini. Dinner:  bel, brown rice, DiLuigi , Green String Beans, Regular Margarine Sticks, Salsa. Snacks/Other:  banana, daisy 2% cottage cheese, garden salad, Raspberries, Skippy, smithfield cooked ham, Smooth & Dreamy No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream.
