Fat: 41.06g | Prot: 87.89g | Carb: 123.91g.   Breakfast:  Bolthouse farms low fat holiday nog, Coffee, egg, oscar mayer turkey bacon, skim milk, Sweet Potato Cake. Lunch:  Croutons, panera broccoli cheddar soup, panera classic salad, Signature Macaroni & Cheese (Small). Dinner:  bella rosa parmesan, brown rice, cabot no fat cottage cheese, garden salad, green beans, tyson grilled and ready. Snacks/Other:  chobani plain greek yogurt, chocolate, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, orange, reduced fat triscuit, trident layers.
