Fat: 41.06g | Prot: 87.89g | Carb: 123.91g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Bolthouse farms low fat holiday nog, egg, skim milk, oscar mayer turkey bacon, Sweet Potato Cake. Lunch:  panera broccoli cheddar soup, panera classic salad, Signature Macaroni & Cheese (Small), Croutons. Dinner:  brown rice, green beans, tyson grilled and ready, garden salad, bella rosa parmesan, cabot no fat cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  orange, chobani plain greek yogurt, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, chocolate, reduced fat triscuit, trident layers.
