Fat: 27.72g | Prot: 104.25g | Carb: 149.86g.   Breakfast:  Banana Rum Scones, Coffee, eggland's best, fat free land o lakes half and half, honey, I can't believe it's not butter light, jimmy dean turkey links. Lunch:  fuze slenderize, green beans, mccormick brown gravy, organic quinoa, turkey. Dinner:  McCormick Brown gravy, minced garlic, Sweet Potato, Turkey, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  1% Cottage Cheese, broccoli, cabot no fat cottage cheese, celery, chobani plain, kiwi, Original Dairy Whipped Topping, Sugar Free Lime Gelatin.
