Fat: 27.72g | Prot: 104.25g | Carb: 149.86g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, fat free land o lakes half and half, eggland's best, jimmy dean turkey links, Banana Rum Scones, honey, I can't believe it's not butter light. Lunch:  mccormick brown gravy, turkey, green beans, organic quinoa, fuze slenderize. Dinner:  Turkey, McCormick Brown gravy, Zucchini, Sweet Potato, minced garlic. Snacks/Other:  kiwi, 1% Cottage Cheese, cabot no fat cottage cheese, celery, chobani plain, broccoli, Original Dairy Whipped Topping, Sugar Free Lime Gelatin.
