Fat: 59.14g | Prot: 75.73g | Carb: 135.89g.   Breakfast:  Butter , Egg, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Rye Bread, Strawberry Jam, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  Hummus, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Vanilla, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers. Dinner:  Chili Con Carne with Cheese, Corn Bread, Milk (Nonfat), Tortilla Corn Chips.
