Dinner:  Grilled Veggies, Ready Rice - Teriyaki Style, Sweet Potato Casserole, Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat). Snacks/Other:  2% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Chocolate Covered Marshmallow, Greek 100 Yogurt - Honey Vanilla, No Bake Cookies, No Sugar Added Mandarin Oranges, Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Banana Cream, Sugar Syrup or Caramel Coated Popcorn.
