Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish) (Cooked, Dry Heat), Sweet Potato Casserole, Ready Rice - Teriyaki Style, Grilled Veggies. Snacks/Other:  No Bake Cookies, Greek 100 Yogurt - Honey Vanilla, Chocolate Covered Marshmallow, Sugar Syrup or Caramel Coated Popcorn, No Sugar Added Mandarin Oranges, 2% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Banana Cream.
