Fat: 50.67g | Prot: 42.95g | Carb: 228.44g.   Breakfast:  silk soy milk, special k cereal. Lunch:  rice, shimp leang curry. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans with Mushroom Sauce, lean cuisine orange peel chicken. Snacks/Other:  banana, iced green tea, laughing cow cheese, soda crackers, Wheat Crackers.
