Fat: 65.83g | Prot: 73.34g | Carb: 228.22g.   Breakfast:  BAYS ENGLISH MUFFINS-original, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Half and Half Cream, Sugar Free Metamucil. Lunch:  Asian Shrimp Salad, Budweiser Beer, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Dinner:  Broccoli, Chardonnay, Feta Cheese, Greek Salad Dressing with Imported Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Olive Oil, Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  All natural vanilla, Triple Ginger Snaps, Vodka.
