Fat: 65.49g | Prot: 96.70g | Carb: 197.57g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Old Fashioned Oats, Chopped Walnuts, Bananas, Strawberries. Lunch:  Spinach, Garbanzo Beans (50% Less Sodium), Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Broccoli, Shredded Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Canned Black Beans (No Salt Added), Quinoa, Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Blue Corn with Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, Spinach, Olive Oil, Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Garbanzo Beans (50% Less Sodium), Triscuit Crackers Original, Extra Dark Chocolate Chips, Raw Pecan Butter.
