Fat: 21.04g | Prot: 46.10g | Carb: 113.24g.   Breakfast:  Butter or Sugar Cookie, Jelly (All Flavors), Oatmeal, Plain Pancakes. Lunch:  Cooked Rice, Cooked Sauerkraut, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Vegetarian Vegetable Soup (Prepared with Water). Dinner:  Cooked Fish, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots).
