Fat: 49.75g | Prot: 64.93g | Carb: 208.87g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters - Original, Grapefruit, Light Original Wrap, Portabella Mushrooms. Lunch:  Brownie with Icing, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Ham Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  Cupcake with Icing or Filling (Not Chocolate), Hummus, Pork Roast, White Pita Bread.
